ABOUT ME
Hi, there. My name is Katie. I am a certified youth resilience life coach. I launched this business to reach young people and their families, to guide them through their personal struggles and life challenges. The passion to help others succeed sits big and wide in my heart. I believe we all deserve the opportunity to become the best versions of ourselves.
I am no stranger to personal struggles. When I was a teen, I learned quickly that all I had to do was put on a mask and I was granted validation from others. I did not realize I was betraying myself. Not living an authentic life took a toll on many areas of my life, the relationships with my parents and peers weren't open and genuine, my self-esteem and confidence plummeted, my thoughts and feelings were muddled with untruths and I always felt like something was missing. Years later, I felt completely lost and I had enough of denying myself. Here began my journey of digging deep and walking in authenticity. Through adversity and success, I found my passion. Walking this journey with young people and their families to guide them to an authentic life brings me such light and joy.
